My Journey
I began my career with a strong foundation in graphic and visual design, where I developed a deep appreciation for clarity, hierarchy, and visual storytelling. As I moved into web and UI design, working closely with developers and clients, I started seeing how design decisions directly impacted usability and business outcomes. This shift sparked my interest in user experience—not just how things look, but how they work for real people.
Over the years, I transitioned fully into UX by working on end-to-end digital products across housing, FinTech, and SaaS domains. I have led projects from discovery and research through interaction design, usability testing, and final delivery. I’ve designed complex dashboards, role-based workflows, and scalable design systems, often within tight technical and business constraints.
With experience, my focus evolved from designing screens to driving outcomes—reducing cognitive load, building user trust, and enabling teams to make better decisions through design. Today, as a senior UI/UX designer, I work independently, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, and advocate for user-centered solutions that balance usability, accessibility, and business goals. My approach is thoughtful, data-informed, and grounded in real-world product impact.
